Our Staff
World of Wonder Childcare strives to hire passionate, educated and informed staff members. We do more than simply hire. Each staff member becomes a part of our team and a part of the WOW community. We’ve developed a team that’s:

Caring and Nurturing
Each member of our staff loves working with children and has a passion for helping them flourish. We only hire people who believe in our mission. Every staff member is certified in CPR, First Aid, and the Heimlich Maneuver to ensure your child’s safety. If your child has any dietary or health concerns, we make sure we can fully accommodate their needs first.

Committed Long-Term
Our teachers and staff care about the community we are building at WOW. You’ll find that many of our team has been with us for years. This means your child will develop lasting, trusting relationships with the staff that will last throughout their journey at our daycare.

Educated
Every Head Teacher on our team holds a college degree to ensure your child gets the best education and enriching development. Every Teacher’s Assistant on our team holds a CDA and/or is working towards a bachelor’s degree.
Director (current employee)
I am the current director at one of the World of Wonder locations. I've dedicated over a decade to my many roles here as teacher assistant, head teacher and currently director , and I genuinely cherish the interactions with children and families. The relationships I've formed over the years are truly invaluable. The owner's commitment to both personal and professional growth within the company is exceptional. Working here has been an incredible learning experience, and I'm immensely grateful for it.

I have just started working at World of Wonder and from the little time I have been here I can say that I have had a great time. The coworkers are all friendly and welcoming and willing to help, even with the hardest part of the job. Cleaning may be exhausting after a shift but is definitely beneficial for the kids and environment. My favorite part of my job are the kids they are absolutely lovely and so kind and cause no trouble . Working here has been almost like a dream .
